Covid-19 Policy

Lady Morrison Photography is taking the COVID-19 virus seriously and is taking appropriate precautions relating to the Health & Safety of all customers, and to minimise the risk of possible transmission of the virus.

At present, services are continuing to operate, although there may be restrictions, postponement or cancellations on some options.

To protect customers Lady Morrison Photography reserves the right to cancel or postpone any pre-booked photography services, should it be deemed that there is a risk of transferring the COVID-19 virus. The cancellation will result in any pre-paid monies being returned to the customer. The cancellation or postponement cannot result in the customer seeking any compensation from Lady Morrison Photography.

All Gift Vouchers purchased in 2020 will be extended after the 12-month validity, in accordance with the lock down time.

The customer should contact Lady Morrison Photography if they have symptoms of COVID-19 or could be deemed at higher risk of having the virus due to their environmental situation prior to the photoshoot.

The customer should not attend any photography shoot if they have a high risk of having or carrying COVID-19.

Any customer found to be carrying COVID-19 within a 14-day period after their photoshoot must immediately notify Lady Morrison Photography so that the appropriate action can be taken.

Lady Morrison Photography will notify all customers that have had a photoshoot, if Lady Morrison Photography has been notified by a prior customer of possible COVID-19 infection.

Lady Morrison Photography’s services will change in compliance with Government updates, policies and guidelines.

Whilst Lady Morrison and any staff take all reasonable precautions, they cannot be held liable for any actions relating to the spread of COVID-19.

Lady Morrison Photography cannot be held liable for any failure by venues or 3rd party to practice risk reduction strategies relating to minimising risk of transfer of COVID-19.

Lady Morrison Photography will comply with Government legislation and regulations relating to COVID-19.

The customer has the right to cancel a booked photography service, should they be affected by COVID-19 or have concerns relating to it. A cancellation due to COVID-19 will not incur any of the penalties, which would otherwise be in effect.

All equipment used during a photoshoot is cleaned and sterilized after each photoshoot with 75% rubbing alcohol to ensure that the equipment does not transfer the virus.

Each member of the Lady Morrison Photography team will wash their hands before arrival, on arrival and before they leave, in accordance with guidance from the government policies to help stop the possible spread of COVID-19.

Lady Morrison Photography’s staff will be provided with appropriate PPE, including but not limited to face masks and gloves, in line with government policy.
